Our basic mail forwarding is included with our registered agent service at no extra charge. This service is automatically included. Every Saturday your mail is opened, scanned, and emailed to your designated contact we have on file. This service is limited up to 5 pieces of official mail per year. Any amount over the limit can be upgraded to our unique suite address service. Also, any obvious junk mail or flyers will be discarded and not counted towards your mail count.
Unique Suite Address - Mail Forwarding
(Optional service for $75 per year)
Our unique suite address mail forwarding service applies a unique suite address to your WY business. This optional service is charged $75 per year and includes daily mail scanning with email forwarding to your designated contact. Letters will be forwarded up to 10 pieces of official mail per week. Additionally, this service allows for the possibility of package forwarding upon review for the actual cost of shipping plus our $6.50 handling fee. Also, any obvious junk mail or flyers will be discarded and not counted towards your mail count.
Any legal documents such as service of process do not count towards your mail count. Accepting legal documents is statutorily required and will never be rejected. How Does Mail Forwarding Work?
Choose Between Our Basic or Unique Suite Address
During checkout our Basic Mail Forwarding is default. You can select during the form to have a unique suite address.
File The Wyoming LLC or INC
You can choose to file your Wyoming LLC or Inc yourself or have us file for you using our address on the filing documents.
Begin Receiving Mail
Once your company is registered mail may begin to be delivered to your company. It is not uncommon for a company never receive mail. Typically, you have to initiate some action in order to receive mail from others.
Scanned and Forwarded
With our Basic Mail Forwarding, we open and scan letters every Saturday. We then upload the contents and email the designated contact we have on file associated with the Wyoming company.
What If You Expect To Receive More Mail?
To keep our Wyoming registered agent service and Wyoming business filing costs low, we do not offer additional mail forwarding. If you expect to receive large volumes of mail a company specializing in mail forwarding could be an option. We can still be your registered agent even if you choose to have a different mailing address for your business.
